Accelerating the legal actions of today

Litigation can hold corporations accountable for practices that threaten environmental and human health.

But pursuing justice comes at a cost, especially when cases require extensive scientific testing, expert analysis, and technical evidence.

Even experienced legal teams with strong cases struggle to secure funding for the specialized work needed to bring them forward.

And timing matters. Litigation requires resources at critical moments, but traditional philanthropy isn't always structured to deliver them.

The NOW Fund pools philanthropic capital to advance and sustain high-impact litigation. We deploy timely funding for critical evidence, expert analysis, and other essential case needs.
